SLIDE OUT MAINTENANCE SERVICES

It is suggested that you perform an annual maintenance check on your slide-out rooms to ensure their smooth operation. This involves lubricating the tracks and gear slide mechanism, treating the rubber bulb seals and wipers, and inspecting the slide-out alignment, toppers, and seals. Additionally, there is an option to perform maintenance on single slide rooms as well as full slide rooms.

WHEEL BEARING PACKS

To avoid the risk of bearing and brake failure, it is advisable to have an annual maintenance check. This maintenance includes inspecting brake shoes, bearings, and magnets, as well as cleaning and repacking wheel bearings. Any necessary adjustments to brake linings will also be made, and the operation of the electric brake magnets and brake-away switch will be verified.

PROPANE INSPECTION SERVICE

It is recommended that an annual safety check is conducted to help ensure safe travels. This check involves inspecting regulators and LP tanks, checking all LP detectors, performing a drop pressure test, and conducting a line pressure test.

FURNACE SERVICE

For optimal operating safety and fuel efficiency, it is recommended an annual maintenance check if performed. This check includes cleaning the main burner orifice and blower wheel, as well as inspecting and adjusting the electrode assembly. Additionally, we test the module board, inspect and clean board contacts, and clean and inspect the combustion chamber. The fan motor will also be inspected, and the vent tubes and outer casing will be cleaned and inspected. Finally, we reassemble the furnace using new gaskets.

WATER HEATER SERVICE

To ensure optimal operating safety and fuel efficiency, it is advised to have an annual maintenance check. This check includes inspecting the condition of the anode rod and checking the relief valve. Adjustments will be made to burners and electrodes if necessary, and the thermocouple will be checked. Additionally, we will check the module board and the complete operation of the system. The burner assembly will also be inspected, and any nests, bugs, webs, or other obstructions will be removed.

REFRIGERATOR SERVICE

It is advisable to perform an annual maintenance check to ensure that the system operates smoothly and has a longer lifespan. This entails confirming that the unit is sealed correctly in its compartment, that the refrigerator has adequate ventilation from the roof and sidewalls, and that the burner and orifice are cleaned and adjusted. Additionally, we inspect and test all door seals, check the LP pressure and voltage levels, and clean the roof vent while also examining the baffle.

AIR CONDITIONER SERVICE

It is recommended to perform annual maintenance to enhance performance and improve operating efficiency. During this check, we inspect the shroud for any signs of cracks or damage. Additionally, we examine the compressor voltage and amperage, clean and remove the A/A filter, clean and unclog the A/C roof drains, and verify the air temperature drop across the evaporator coil.

RUBBER ROOF PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

The manufacturer recommends this service be performed annually, which involves cleaning the rubber roof with specialized cleaning agents and applying a UV-blocking treatment to safeguard the rubber membrane.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM INSPECTION

To prevent electrical failures and ensure safe operation, we recommend to have us conduct this maintenance every 6 months. This inspection includes conducting a 12-volt hot skin test, inspecting all lights, monitoring the panel, checking the polarity of the 110-volt system, verifying converter operation and output, examining the shore cord and circuit breakers, as well as inspecting the generator operation and output.

APPLIANCE/ACCESSORY INSPECTION

To maintain efficient operation of appliances and accessories and to prevent issues while traveling, it is recommended we conduct this maintenance annually. The check-up involves verifying the proper operation of various components, including antennas, water heater, awnings, furnace, refrigerator, TVs, DVD players, range/oven, washer/dryer, and roof A/Cs.

COMPLETE WINTERIZATION

This service entails draining the fresh water tank and water heater, blowing out the water lines with compressed air, including those connected to the toilet, shower, and sinks, and filling P-traps with anti-freeze. In addition, it involves pumping anti-freeze through the water lines while ensuring that the water heater bypass is already installed. This service includes using up to 2 gallons of anti-freeze.

OIL CHANGES

The manufacturer recommends performing this maintenance every 6 months or 3000 miles. The service includes lubricating the chassis, checking the transmission fluids, verifying the battery water level, inspecting the differential fluid and coolant level, and examining the wiper blades while also topping off the washer fluid.
